4.1 Digital Storage
Your photographs are temporarily stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Vercel. Digital copies are encrypted in transit and at rest.
4.2 Physical Archival Storage
For long-term preservation, photographs are converted to physical archival media and stored in secure vault facilities, including underground bunkers and Arctic permafrost vaults. These facilities maintain strict access controls and environmental conditions optimized for long-term preservation.
4.3 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For archival services, physical media is retained according to the terms of your service agreement, which may be for extended periods (500+ years for archival film storage).
You may request deletion of your digital data at any time, subject to our legal obligations and legitimate business interests.
